The R.L. Shears Company, P.C. office is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. This firm was established in November of 2004 with the purpose of providing superior landscape architectural service for our clients. Since our conception, we have built an admirable reputation for delivering quality projects in a timely manner and within budget. Our project experience includes design, consulting, and contract administration services to state, municipal, commercial, and private clients. The R.L. Shears Company, P.C. is involved in design projects ranging from progressive state and federally funded efforts such as urban memorial parks to commercial land-planning and development projects, pedestrian improvements, multi-use trails, downtown streetscapes, and university campus projects.
